How we use personal data

We use personal data to operate cohorts, respond to support requests, and understand which lessons need clearer explanations. Analytics events are aggregated and never sold. Marketing emails, when sent, include straightforward unsubscribe links. We do not build secret profiles for unrelated industries, and we avoid repurposing classroom discussions for advertising.

Categories collected

We collect account identifiers, contact details, billing references handled by our processors, technical logs such as IP address and browser type, and content you submit through forms or forums. Optional profile fields remain optional. Recordings of live sessions may be stored for replay; chat transcripts may be retained for moderation quality standards reviews.

We aim to acknowledge privacy requests within five business days and resolve them within the timelines Korean law expects, subject to complexity.

Your rights

You may object to processing that relies on legitimate interests when those interests are overridden by your situation. We verify requests to prevent fraud and may refuse manifestly unfounded or excessive petitions while explaining the reason.

Scope of this notice

This notice covers energysurgeflow.one and related learning portals operated by QubitSpring Academy. Linked third-party tools follow their own policies. If you join through an employer contract, additional processing may occur under that employer's instructions, and we will point you to the right contact when we know it.

Processors and partners

We rely on subprocessors for email delivery, analytics, and video hosting. Contracts include confidentiality and security expectations. We review vendors periodically and publish an overview list inside the Cookie Settings document when cookies overlap with those vendors.

Retention

Account data is kept while your relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet tax and dispute needs. Forum posts may remain unless deletion is legally required. Backup systems may take additional weeks to purge copies. When retention periods end, we delete or irreversibly anonymize information where feasible.
