Terms of Use

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would send the dispute elsewhere. Courts located in Seoul have exclusive jurisdiction for claims arising from your use of QubitSpring Academy digital properties, except where mandatory consumer protections require a different venue close to your residence. If a tribunal finds a portion of this agreement unenforceable, the remaining sections continue in effect.

What this service includes

QubitSpring Academy provides structured learning materials, cohort sessions, and community spaces focused on quantum computing fundamentals for software developers. We deliver educational content, not brokerage, custody, or operational advice for regulated markets. Access is personal unless a separate enterprise agreement states otherwise. We may update descriptions when curricula change, and we will date significant revisions at the top of this page.

Liability limits

To the fullest extent permitted by Korean law, QubitSpring Academy and its instructors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Aggregate liability for direct damages tied to any twelve-month period is limited to the tuition you paid for the specific offering that caused the claim. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such a limitation is unlawful.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend access if we detect abusive behavior, attempts to compromise other learners, or violations of acceptable use rules. You may stop using the service at any time. Enterprise agreements may include bespoke termination language; where silent, these terms apply. Upon termination, your license to use downloaded materials for internal study ends unless a license addendum explicitly grants continued use.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate registration details, keep credentials confidential, and avoid sharing account access. You will not scrape the platform, resell course assets, or harass staff or learners. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your own work and for complying with workplace policies when joining from a corporate network. You must not upload unlawful content or attempt to probe systems beyond what exercises require.

Intellectual property

All curriculum, branding, and platform code remain the property of QubitSpring Academy or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use materials for personal learning while enrolled. You may not publicly redistribute slides, recordings, or starter code without written permission. Feedback you provide may be used to improve offerings without obligation to compensate you, except where a signed agreement states otherwise.

Acceptance and updates

By browsing the site, creating an account, or purchasing access, you accept these terms. We may revise them to reflect new features or legal guidance. Material changes receive a refreshed date at the top of this document and, when practical, a notice inside the learning portal. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires explicit renewed consent.
