Refund & Cancellation

Timeframe

You may request a full refund within fourteen days of purchase if you have not consumed more than twenty percent of released materials for that cohort. After that window, refunds are considered only for documented medical emergencies or relocation that makes live attendance impossible, subject to review. If we cancel a cohort due to low enrollment or instructor illness, you may transfer to another start date or receive a full refund regardless of consumption, with at least seven days notice when possible.

How to request

Email welcome@energysurgeflow.one with your order reference, cohort name, and reason. Our admissions desk responds with a ticket number. Phone support is available during Korea business hours for status checks, but written requests preserve a clear record.

Processing steps

We confirm eligibility, pause further charges if applicable, and route approved refunds through the original payment path when the processor allows it. Processing typically completes within ten business days after approval, though external reviewers at card networks may add delay.

Exceptions

Custom enterprise workshops, third-party exam vouchers already redeemed, or donations are generally non-refundable. Partial completion beyond the stated threshold voids automatic approval but not necessarily goodwill review. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us may limit future purchases while we reconcile records.

Scope

This policy applies to tuition collected directly by QubitSpring Academy for listed programs. Partner universities or resellers may publish separate refund rules; read the checkout screen carefully when another merchant of record appears.

Eligibility details

Eligibility requires that you have not shared downloadable assets outside your household or team license. Teams must route requests through their billing owner. We may refuse duplicate refund claims across related accounts when abuse patterns appear.

Records we keep

We retain refund correspondence for seven years to align with bookkeeping rules and to resolve disputes. Numbers are stored encrypted at rest. You may request a summary of your past refund decisions when verifying account history.
